As we came to the close of our prayer series, Pastor Jeff reminded us that prayer was never meant to be practiced alone. God calls His people together, not just as individuals of faith, but as the body of Christ, supporting one another and lifting our voices together before Him.

Throughout Scripture, we see the power of united prayer. When God’s people pray together, faith is strengthened, courage is stirred, and God moves in remarkable ways. From Moses being upheld by others in battle, to the early church praying in one voice and seeing doors opened, praying together has always been central to the life of God’s people.

Pastor Jeff then invited several members of the Laneway community to share their own experiences of praying with others. Through stories of life groups, ministry teams, friendships, and families, we heard how praying together builds faith, brings clarity, encourages boldness, and creates space for the Holy Spirit to lead. In moments of uncertainty, pressure, or joy, praying together becomes a powerful expression of unity and trust in God.

As this series comes to an end, we are encouraged to carry prayer forward into our shared life as a church. In homes, life groups, teams, and everyday moments, God invites us to keep showing up for one another and to keep seeking Him together.
