God always partners with His people.
Throughout Scripture, from Nehemiah’s walls to the temple rebuilds to the launch of the early church, God involves ordinary people in His extraordinary plans. In John 6, we see Jesus take a young boy’s small lunch and multiply it until thousands were fed with abundance left over. Jesus already knew what He wanted to do, but He invited His disciples into the miracle.
This picture speaks directly into our LifeBuild journey. Jesus sees the crowds around us, the thousands in our region who are hungry for hope, restoration, and truth. The harvest is ready. And just like Philip and Andrew, we each respond differently to the scale of the need. Some feel overwhelmed by the cost, some feel excitement rising, and some bring their small but willing offering. Jesus takes what we bring together and does far more than we could ask or imagine.
Our building vision is not about a structure for comfort. It is about creating a place where people can encounter Jesus, find community, and experience the restoration only He can bring. It is our turn in the story of the church to build something that will serve the harvest in this generation and the next.
LifeBuild Sunday is our moment to pray, to trust, and to partner with God. Whether we give financially, commit in faith, or stand with the church in prayer, we step into the miracle together. Jesus multiplies what we place in His hands, and the result will point people to Him.
